We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Made from Dank, whether it's clothing or music. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.

 

30-Day Clothing Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged clothing items. All tags and original packaging must be intact.

Music Sales: All music purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer returns or refunds on music. However, if you experience any issues with your download, please contact us, and we’ll work to resolve it.

DankNation Membership: Membership fees for DankNation are non-refundable. If you experience any issues with your membership, or if you have any concerns, please contact our customer service team. We’ll do our best to address your concerns and ensure you’re getting the most out of your membership.

Easy Return Process for Clothing: To start a return, reach out to our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

 Refunds: For clothing returns, once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange a clothing item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We’ll process your refund once the original item is received.

Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs for clothing are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
